Trading Company (DTCO) is a reseller for
a wide variety of premium-quality, low-cost products for the wireless industry.
We offer products in a wide array of wireless categories, including long- range
& outdoor, wireless VoIP, wireless surveillance, and wireless storage, just
to name a few.
Return Policy: Equipment Return - No used product may be returned for
credit, replacement, or exchange other than as provided for in Dynamic Trading
Company’s DTCO's Limited Warranty.
New, unused/uninstalled, product many be returned in original packing,
including all components, cables, software, manuals, etc., within 5 business
days of invoice for credit only and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All
sales of mini-PCI cards, OEM modules, pigtails, connectors, VOIP phones, and
other products as may be noted on the respective product pages, are considered
final and may be returned for repair or replacement only if they are found to
be defective out of the box. Manufacturer’s warranty may apply to these items.
Return Material Authorization - All returns must be accompanied by a Return
Material Authorization form that may be obtained by contacting US at
wi-fisales@hotmail.com. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges.
Returning
a DEFECTIVE ITEM
Unless
otherwise specified, we gladly accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within 5
days of original invoice date. DTCO shall have sole discretion as to the credit
method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product, exchange or we may
have manufacturer repair the item and return it to you.
If you
encounter a problem with a product please email us for a a Return Material
Authorization (RMA): wi-fisales@hotmail.com
Returns will not be accepted at our
warehouse without a valid RMA number. RMA numbers will expire after 7 days. Any
return we receive without an RMA number will be documented and returned to you.
Returns for all Ubiquiti Networks PowerStation and NanoStation
products are handled directly by the factory and contacted as follows:

Limited Warranties:
Appropriate Use – Selection of product,
its installation and use are the sole responsibility of the customer. DTCO
provides no skill or judgment related to the application of the products it
sells.
Manufacturer-labeled warranty - DTCO sells the products of reputable
manufacturers under their respective brand or trade names. DTCO makes no
express or implied warranty as to such goods. Customer remedies for defects of
goods are subject to any limitations contained in their manufacturer's terms
and conditions to DTCO and the provisions of the manufacturer's warranty,
either or both of which will be furnished upon request. DTCO is not responsible
for any warranty-related issues.
DTCO-labeled warranty – DTCO warrants the product sold under its name to be
free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (30) days
from the date of invoice. This warranty does not apply to products that: are
opened, altered, or defaced; are not used in accordance with instructions and
the normal intended use; or require replacement due to normal use, natural
disaster, rust or corrosion, lightning strike, power surge, physical damage to
internal or external parts. Defective items may be repaired or replaced at the
sole discretion of DTCO.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE GOODS PURCHASED HEREUNDER
AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OTHERWISE IMPLIED BY
LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OF
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LABOR, LOSS OF
PRODUCT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGE.
